Willow Wellness Teacher Training

Are you looking for a movement training program that goes beyond a yoga teacher training? By understanding your nervous system and creating safety in the body, through movement, play, breath and other embodiment practices, you will move from surviving to thriving. Reconnect with yourself in an inclusive community so that you can step into the most authentic version of yourself.

More about Willow Wellness Teacher Training

This is a bottom-up approach, not a top-down approach

You will feel empowered to use your gifts to teach yoga, mindfulness, meditation, functional movement and breathwork. It will be the stepping stone to where you want to explore next in the field of holistic wellness. We promise a diverse training that will allow you to streamline your core gifts to teach in whatever capacity you feel is authentically you.

We have packed this training with topics that go beyond the yoga mat, giving you a “taste” of everything so that you are truly stepping into a space of feeling “whole”. Some may choose to use this training to share within their own families; others may wish to lead small groups, and some may wish to lead large groups. Some may choose this training as a way to connect with self.

YOU WILL BECOME MASTER TRANSLATORS OF YOUR OWN NERVOUS SYSTEM SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR BODY IS TELLING YOU.

The teacher training covers emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual and practical self-care modules so that you become the best version of yourself and are able to share that knowledge with others.

There is power in group and community. When we put ourselves into relationship with others where we feel safe, we can learn and grow and have the freedom to step into our most authentic and vulnerable selves.

WHEN WE CONNECT WITH OURSELVES, WE MOVE OUT OF PROTECTION, AND INTO A SPACE OF VULNERABILITY, WHICH ALLOWS US TO CONNECT WITH OTHERS AND THRIVE.

Movement and Breathwork training is provided by Janice Tokaryk and Catie Clapp. MSW-led Groupwork is provided by Chris Clapp. Guest instructors include Anne Pitman (Yoga Therapist), Sam Sabourin (Founder of Between The Bumpers, Strength and Conditioning Coach), Teri Gentes (International presenter, Lifestyle wellness coach, Published author, Chef), Casey Easton (RMT, Movement teacher-yoga tune up) and Brenna Bellhouse (Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Yoga teacher).
