BreathWork

BreathWork, or conscious connected breathing, is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release in a safe and supportive environment. Through full rhythmic breathing, our conscious mind softens, allowing us to tune into the wisdom of our body to heal current stress, past wounds, old patterns and traumas.

Our 8 week “Get Busy Being” program, integrating the Mind Rebel Method ™, is designed in a way to not only help you reconnect with your authentic self but also how to apply mindful and embodiment tools so you know how to INTEGRATE this into everyday life. We want to demystify the mindfulness journey and bring it back to the basics.

The Nourished Woman program is supervised by Chris Clapp, MSW RSW, this program is covered by most benefit and insurance plans. Receipts will be provided.
