The Nourished Woman
Are you ready to make peace with food and reclaim your life? It’s time to heal your relationship with food and your body. Learn to nourish yourself, tune into your body signals and break the cycle of chronic dieting.
The Nourished Woman program is supervised by Chris Clapp, MSW RSW, this program is covered by most benefit and insurance plans. Receipts will be provided.
Our 8 week program, integrating the Mind Rebel Method ™, is designed in a way to not only help you reconnect with your authentic self but also how to apply mindful and embodiment tools so you know how to INTEGRATE this into everyday life.
