Monthly Memberships

Our bodies are not separate from our minds. Neuroscience tells us this. We are different from other mental health centres in that we embrace a full mind-body-spirit approach, understanding that while top-down work (some therapy modalities) can be helpful, equally important is body work. And, so we provide preventative mental health that is all about nourishing our “selves”, bringing people together in community.

We believe in starting with the very basics…our breath. And we build from there.

Nourish the spirit

Experience two morning classes Tuesday/Thursday 6:30 - 7:00 am EST weekly.

Feel more calm and peace by moving stress out of the body through playing with the breath.

Older Adult (65+) and Teen (13-19)

Nourish The body*

In-person Classes allow you an experience with a maximum of 8 participants for your health and safety.

Our Virtual Experience commits to “seeing” you and “be-ing” with you, even from afar!

We are all impacted by stress! Let’s break the taboo and get real and raw together.

Themes and impromptu topics as determined by the group.

2nd Tuesday monthly 12-1:30 pm EST & 4th Wednesday monthly 7:00-8:30 pm EST
