The quality of breathing is a reflection of our state of mind at any given moment. Once we reset our emotional default system, we can move out patterns of grief and depression, bitterness, judgement and anger. We can work through anxiety and addictions by honouring these emotions and truly feeling them so we can move them through. BreathWork is like opening the window to release stale and stagnant energy and allow for the flow of fresh, clean breath to create more compassion, trust and love for ourselves.

This innovative therapy aims to connect you to your intuition, creativity and self-worth. Above all, this practice nourishes the heart, helping you to align mind, body and spirit. Breath is our life-force and a partner to us for life. As we learn to embrace and fully integrate it in our lives, we can experience more joy and freedom. Private Session

In a private session, I am there with you every breath of the way. This gives us the chance to see where the breath is going, where it wants to go and how to use conscious connected breathing with focus and intention to your habitual breathing patterns.

Group Session

Group healing is an ancient practice. When we heal in groups, our energy moves and opens in ways that individual healing cannot reach. Working in collaboration is power. Working as a holistic being is healing. Together, we co-create a safe container for you to experience your unique experience. The group will breathe together, each in your own way, where I will help guide your breath in a way that serves the moment.
